Kundalini yoga & meditation (MONDAYS)

Service Description

We practice Kundalini yoga, meditation, breathwork, and sound therapy to Elevate the areas of our human experience that we need to as individuals so we then collectively go out into the world and allow that healing to be a ripple effect for our planet. Kundalini is considered to be dormant until it is activated (as by the practice of yoga) and channeled upward through the central channel in a process of Elevation and self actualization.
