What is the Elevation Tool Box method?

The Elevation Tool Box method is an umbrella method that I formulated using the Kundalini science, breath work and sound vibration to help people feel better. My method is for everyone who wants to feel their best energy,  it's also specified for those of us who suffer from Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, grief, Cerebral Palsy, Autism, ADD, OCD and sleep issues.

While designing and developing this method, I carefully collect techniques that work extremely fast, that all people can do and that are complementary to each other and moderately fun. Research shows us that through specific breath work and movement of hand positions (mudras) creates sustainable energy changes within our mental and physical embodiment. 

We live in a world that we are in constant contact, we are never "unplugged". We become comfortable in our own discomfort and so often we look for a restart button. Most times we find wine, chocolate, social media, and shopping to ease the discomfort of our mind. Unfortunately, these devices are a temporary fix. 

Every moment offers us an opportunity to redirect our energy out of stress and into calm. With every session in the Elevation Station, you will build your Tool Box of an ancient technology that will help you release stress from your life.

The Tool Box Method is a collaboration of different methods of

mindfulness and the ability to release deep stress and move

energy in a more healing and mindful manner. 

America's youth is under so much pressure to work harder and achieve more. The programs I offer in schools teach young America the tools they need to help themselves to release stress, meditation, and anxiety quickly. These techniques are effective right away. These tools give kids an option to get centered and experience life with a healthy perspective.

Each day we experience all different forms of stress. It all depends on the situation, noises, challenging circumstances, dehydration, social interactions, the weather, and yes even the moon influences us.

Stress affects how we function in the world. How we interact in social settings, how we function in our private lives and most importantly how we react and take care of ourselves.

We often experience the feeling of being stuck, feeling of "not good enough" or maybe it's the mind repeatedly telling us "I can't". We so often think about our desires and dreams, then quickly fall into the clutches of the negative mind, just to find ourselves back with that glass of wine and that oh so familiar box of chocolates.

Unum Heart Elevation Station is a place where you can reset the negative thoughts of  "I can't’s" and create all the "I cans", using specific techniques science of Kundalini science, mantra meditation and breath work.

I am eager to share with you some ancient methods and techniques in the Unum Heart Mobile Meditation.  The only way out of stress is through meditation and breath.

Depression/Anxiety

Studies show that Kundalini Science and meditation, sound therapy, and breath work helps diminish anxiety and depression by stimulating the glands in the midbrain, balancing dopamine & serotonin levels.  When the glandular system is strong and working at optional levels the hormone production will do the same. It is very difficult to experience depression and anxiety when these systems are operating successfully. In the swirling alchemy of all of these interventions, people heal. They find themselves and they begin to tackle the big questions that they stuffed into a dusty box in the corner of their person-hood. My Tool Box method is as effective as antidepressants.

Stress

Everyone experiences stress. Learning how to manage stress is key.  Meditation is the single most powerful stress relieving tool. Being stressed is not what creates illness, staying stressed is what make us ill.

Autism, ADD, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy 

The Tool Box Method is inspired by Kundalini Yoga Technology. This segment of The Tool Box Method course offers practical, fun and effective strategies for teaching yoga for children with special needs. Participants will learn tools to support children ages 3 and up.  They will learn conscious breathing, meditation exercises, and yoga postures (asanas) to increase focus, balance the glandular system, body awareness, self-control, communication, and self- esteem. Karisa has witnessed 80% relief in her practitioners when sharing the programs she has developed through the science of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation. 

PTSD

Life throws curve balls sometimes. I believe on some level we all have experienced a trauma or two. PTSD is a little different in that the trauma that is experienced is so big, it creates imprints in the mind or new brainwave patterns in the brain. These newly formed brain patterns are not always desired. PTSD can result in continuing thought patterns that aren't relevant to present moments. PTSD keeps people feeling stuck & living a life that is not in service to their individual soul desires. PTSD is a distraction from fulfilling life's purpose.

Addiction

The Tool Box method helps those with addictions. Kundalini Science decreases levels of a neurotransmitter called gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) which is found in people with both PTSD and addictions to alcohol, tobacco, and cocaine. GABA interacts with nerve cells in the brain and is responsible for creating feelings of calmness. GABA is hypothesized to play a role in regulating a variety of addictive behaviors. It is possible that increasing GABA levels may help induce calmness in those with PTSD and also reduce addictions.  One study has shown that just one (1) hour of a single yoga session can increase GABA levels by 27%.   For experienced yoga practitioners, Kundalini Meditation helps balance the brain, reducing the cravings of substances and stimulants.
