I’ve found specific sound frequencies the help to calm the nervous and parasympathetic system. When the happened we are more able to create a steady state of calm in our mind body experience. Over two decades I have found the when we apply specific sound frequencies over and around those who experience life with Anxiety, depression, Autism, ADHD, OCD and sleep issues, we are able to create a complete calm in the mind / body experience extremely fast.

I am excited to be offer group sessions. It will be a great way for us to connect in community while we practice yoga on my Elevate U yoga mat, followed by my Breathing Art and Sound frequencies meditation.
